Pamela Sue, our administrative clerk, is one of the biggest fumblers we have ever met. She does not look it; she dresses well and talks intelligently. In fact she projects an image of a professional woman in her early forties. Well, looks do deceive - behind that well fed exterior lies a very inert brain. As far as I know, she is the only one who can manage to create a mess out of a simple one-line instruction.

When we were very much younger we could take a tour of Glasgow on the Underground or the Subway as it was always called. For one single old penny we could travel to all fifteen stations. The greatest thrill was from Merkland Street to Govan Cross which meant actually travelling under the River Clyde.Imagine the thrill to a young boy to know he was really travelling under water and our imagination running wild at the thought of the tunnel collapsing trapping everybody on board. I think we scared ourselves to bits with the thought. But, of course, it never did. When we saw the conductor coming on his rounds we would hide in the compartment at the end of the train, known to us as "the single end", crouched down under the boarding so that if he missed us we could travel the whole fifteen stations once more. It really became an excursion for us this way. Oh!! the wonderful smell at the entrance and exit of each station, a smell to live with us forever. I have never smelled it in any other place in my travels.van bike young drivers skip hire cost skip hire cost skip hire cost young drivers young drivers bike bike bike bike van van.

I have always been a safe driver, I was nervous about learning to drive since being in a car accident when I was younger. I have also always been a nervous passenger, which I know is always a nuisance for the driver, but most of my friends are understanding.

I am in the late twenties when I decided to change my career because I don't feel like I'm growing. I still feel unsatisfied even though I'm earning enough with my work. I was working in an accounting firm for almost eight years when I realized that I was not happy. I wanted to quit then but I was afraid because I might not find a stable work after that. One time, I met my college friend. We hanged out and update each other with our lives. He told me that he's working as an HGV driver. I really don't have an idea about it that time that's why he explain that to me. He told me how HGV industry works and what's the benefit of being an HGV driver. He said that most people who are joining them are young drivers, he even said that the job was also available for women. In fact, he have a lot of female co-workers.

"A theory test is great for showing us how well your defensive driving is," announced the driving instructor with an evil smirk on his face. He quickly went around the room handing everyone the piece of paper and went back to his desk as he quietly took a seat. He sat there watching everyone intensely; he made sure no one was cheating and made it clear to everyone that cheating was not allowed and was an automatic zero. Most of us took our time answering the questions on the theory test. I, along with other classmates, pondered how monkeys and bananas had anything to do with defensive driving. The instructor mischievously smiled as the minutes went by knowing that the theory test was confusing and had too many trick questions. Were we ever going to learn anything about defensive driving? I was furious at how this evil man simply wanted to waste our time with a ridiculous test which had nothing to do with driving. I completed the test; it took much longer than I wanted to, really. The test consisted of three hundred and fifty questions. It seemed the instructor worked hard on confusingly the living brain cells in our heads so we would have no desire to get out on the road and practice real driving. Finally, we were all finished and patiently awaiting our results. He took longer than we anticipated so most of us went out for a lunch break. When we returned, he had the grades posted up on the chalkboard. It was another attempt to be evil on his part. He liked ridiculing his students and he tried to by posting our grades up so everyone could see. Out of the twenty two students in the class only three passed. I wasn't one of the ones with a passing grade, but I surely didn't feel terrible about it. We all moaned and whined about how the test was unfair and had nothing to do with driving at all. He didn't care to hear our arguments and dismissed everyone except the three students who did well. The rest of us rallied outside the building and beat the motorcycle he arrogantly drove until it was no longer in good condition to be driven. He deserved it!

Being a driving instructor had its bonuses, I could work what hours I wanted and if I needed more cash I just worked more hours. driving lessons prices had increased so much over the last few years with the increase of petrol and road tax that people seemed to opt for a bike instead. They didn't need to have lessons then but I was worried that more people would crash.

After turning a bright age of 17, Bob was ecstatic that he could now apply for a chance to be able to drive his first car, by taking a driving learning course. He has waited for this opportunity all his life, and now has the freedom to learn and become an adult. He could imagine how proud his parents would be if he passed the test, and could really help them with grocery's and having maybe even get a reward from his parents.
