The driving lessons prices that an individual instructor or school charges are determined by many different factors. The cost of the equipment would be one large contributing factor. The rate of their insurance policy would be another determining factor that would drive up the driving lessons prices for a young driver wanting to learn to drive from one session to another. How many accidents is another contributing factor only because this would be another reason why one school's driving lessons prices might be higher than another. How safe the driving record is or is not would be a determining factor to how high the prices might go. If accidents happen too frequently the insurance policy rate would definitely be much higher than another school that is doing a better job without accidents occurring.

For example, if a school purchased automobiles with extra safety features that would be a good reason why that school’s driving lessons prices would have to rise. Another example why one school might be higher than another is the kind of driving lessons they offer. The school with large motor vehicles such as a school that issues the CDL licenses would most certainly charge a higher price for the driving lessons they teach than the school who teaches motor cycle driving lessons.

I am studying the driving handbook to get my CDL licenses. It isn’t a very large book and it looks fairly self explanatory. I hope to be ready to take the written test in a couple of weeks.

If I can get someone to let me use their truck for the driving part of the test I should be ready to take a job working at the local coal mine or one of the other oil companies in the area by the beginning of winter.

These days’ good paying jobs are hard to find. Drivers are needed for all kinds of jobs right now. One position is driving a water truck dumping water on the coal miner’s roads or hauling equipment for one of the oil companies would be a good job to help make some holiday money this year.

A local contractor business in the next town has been advertising for CDL driver’s for the last couple of weeks. I hope I can get in before they fill all of the positions available. I know of other people who have been laid off or let go do to the economic down turn, most of them have gone back to work driving for one of the local contractor companies or the local highway department.
